Does Lentic upload my whole library?+
No. Lentic indexes and previews your library locally. If you choose an AI action, only the inputs needed for that action are sent to the provider you connected.
Are AI credits included?+
No. Founding Edition is the Lentic software license. AI usage is billed directly by the providers connected with your own keys, so there is no hidden Lentic markup.
What does the one-time license include?+
The current Windows app, a permanent license for the version you purchase, and 12 months of product updates. The app keeps working when that update period ends.
Which image formats are supported?+
The early-access build focuses on JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP libraries. Broader creative formats can follow based on demand.
Is this a full digital asset manager?+
Not yet—and that is intentional. Lentic is focused on a fast, personal visual library for independent creators, not enterprise approvals, permissions, or cloud asset hosting.
When will early access open?+
The first small Windows cohort will be invited as soon as install, indexing, and core AI workflows pass external testing. Join the list to be considered.
