A straightforward software license.

License grant

A Lentic purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lentic on up to three of their own Windows devices. You may not resell, sublicense, publish license keys, or use the software to provide access to unrelated third parties.

Permanent version and updates

The version purchased remains usable after the update period ends. A Lentic purchase includes product updates released during the twelve months following purchase. Later major versions or services may require a separate purchase.

Your files and backups

You retain ownership of your files and generated outputs, subject to the terms of any AI provider you use. Lentic is an organizational tool, not a backup service. You are responsible for maintaining backups before deleting, moving, or editing important files.

External providers

AI, storage-sync, payment, and creative-tool integrations are third-party services. Their availability, pricing, output rights, and policies are controlled by their providers. You are responsible for lawful content and for charges incurred through credentials you connect.

Acceptable use and warranty

Do not use Lentic to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, provider rules, or system security. Early-access software may contain defects. To the extent permitted by law, Lentic is provided without warranties beyond the refund commitment below, and liability is limited to the amount you paid for Lentic.
