Lentic purchase refunds

You may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of purchase. Email hello@sntx.co from the purchasing address and include the Polar receipt or order identifier.

What happens after a refund

The associated license and future activations will be disabled. Files already created or organized with Lentic remain yours; a refund never authorizes Lentic to remove your source images.

Provider charges

Lentic cannot refund charges billed directly by OpenAI, fal, Krea, or another provider connected with your credentials. Contact that provider about its usage charges.
